In this vlog, I’m taking you along for a realistic few days as a full-time ceramic artist! Being a full-time potter means balancing creativity with the not-so-glamorous admin side of running a business, so you’ll see a little bit of everything in this one.
We start off with a cozy coffee shop work session where I edit some YouTube videos, create social media posts, work on my Shopify website, and other behind-the-scenes business tasks.
Then after some down-time, it’s off to my local studio to drop off a batch of pieces ready for their bisque firing. I also pick up pieces from the latest glaze firing and show you everything I got back from this kiln haul - some are beautiful and some not so much lol.
To wrap things up, I head home and finish out the day with some quiet time glazing in my home pottery studio!
